  The team in Guildford are all great! I went into the store to see what they do to replace my Sonos system, and I was amazed at what Bang and Olufsen offers. Much higher quality and staff are all knowledgable and knew exactly what I wanted and what they were talking about. I've now placed an order for sound system that will replace my Sonos in the house, and I can not wait! Thank you guys!

  I recently purchased a Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H3 ANC In-Ear Headphones after thinking it was a good deal. I looked on amazon and it is £80 cheaper. The customer service is poor both in store and via the website. The store does not offer a solution even thought they themselves realise this is wrong. I am thoroughly disappointed. I have had much better experience dealing with Sony Centre and Apple stores. Its not so much the money but the customer experience and service. I haven't had any issues with B&O so far, but dread talking to their customer service department or going in-store again. I have been a customer with B&O for 3 years but now I am never buying B&O again.
