  Such awful service. The line was so long I could have walked to the moon and back in time to get to the front of the line. They were being very difficult and even hesitant for us to sell the product, when it was almost unused and in perfect condition. Then they offered a price that was not even worth my time. £20 cash for an amazing X box one with 3 games and controller. Then they say come back in 1hr so we can update it. After 1hr we came back for them to tell us we can’t give you the money as the update didn’t work. It was clear on the managets face that he was lying because soon before that said we do not have much money in store. Such a joke. Wasted 3hr of my time. From going in store and out not including the time it took me to get there.

  Good service, staff generally know exactly what they are talking about, always worth asking about what's in stick because prices and stock are always changing! A little pricey for second hand stuff but good guarantees with everything.
