Great staff and always friendly, happen to assist with any issues. Good products and knowledge. Only problem is sometimes the queue is long but hey, Brits apparently like queuing.

Awful place ! Deliberately down grade to a C when you trade in then resell as a B obviously to make more money but they have a huge markup so why offer prices if they refuse to pay them ? Best off going to any other game shop
