  On my recent visit looking for jeans there was clearly an issue with stock organisation. Smaller sizes were on the top shelves out of reach, different fits were mixed in together as were the different colours. It took 30 minutes just to find 3 pairs to try on. I mentioned all this at checkout but the cashier didn't seem remotely concerned.

  Great shop but the staff in mens department were too busy having conversations so i had to wait for them to finish in order to get some help with purchasing a coat. Also when i looked at your website the prices are much higher! Your in-store jacket that is in sale at £45.66 can be found online at the sale price of £79.99. I found numerous items on your website that costs a lot more than the stores. Very sly E-commerce technique...
