  Came here December 2016 and December 2017 for service & MOT - dealt with different people both times, but both were extremely polite and helpful, explaining stuff where needed, and not patronising where it wasn't. The job took most of the day both times (I just dropped it off then went home), but they were upfront about that being likely (not like mine's the only car they're working on), and kept in touch with timings/progress - even offered to close a bit later to give me time to get the car, but I came down the following day instead, and they were fine either way. I checked quoted prices online for what needed doing and they lined up with what I'd expect. I very rarely write reviews, and can't speak to other people's experiences, but mine certainly doesn't line up with the negative reviews here, so felt I should say so!

  Called Kwik Fit Guildford to get a tyre repair job quote and the phone manners are atrocious! Will be one of the last places that we would get our two cars attended to....
